Refund policy

Once your order is placed, we do not allow cancellations as all orders are personalized. If there are any questions or mistakes in your order, you can send us an emailĀ and we will help you out.


Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations

  • As your order is processed and prepared for personalization once the order is placed, we are unable to offer a full refund even if it is not produced.
  • If your order is produced, no refund will be provided.
  • if your order includes any digital deliverables, the product will not be refunded.

    Damaged Products
  • For products that are damaged we will arrange for a exchange on the faulty part or have a replacement to sent. To be eligible, a photo of the damaged parts has to be provided.
  • Our refund and exchange policy lasts 180 days. If 180 days have passed upon delivery, you will no longer be eligible for exchanges even if the product is damaged.
  • An extended warranty period may be provided on specific products.

    Service related information
  • If you have not received an email from us after purchasing, please contact us and check your spam folder.
  • If you do not receive any emails after 48 hours of placing an order or contacting us, please use a different email address to get in touch with us as the emails might be bounced.

    Additional information
  • Production timeline may increase during periods of surge in demand.
  • The customer is fully responsible for any duties or taxes on international shipments.
  • Design proof will be sent via email or WhatsApp.
