This site is built to the best of our signage and tech abilities, and we are in the process of improving the customization options. For now, if you have something cool you want to produce, you can send us an email and our friendly representative will have a consultation with you.

Yes, for all orders you will receive a confirmation email to ensure all details are accurate and we will begin fabrication after that approval.

The design will be sent to you within 1-3 business days for confirmation, please check in your spam folder if it cannot be found in the inbox, if you have not received any email from us after 3 days, please send us an email or call us during office hours.

The editor is for previewing your upload, so you can confirm if the upload is what you want on that particular order. If the preview doesn't show up it could be that the file size is too big and it cannot be seen. We will still be sending you an artwork confirmation after your order, so this is not something to worry about too much.

For most conservation areas, an approval from URA will be necessary to ensure the signage fits the regulations in the area, these regulations could be lighting related, safety related, and so on. If unsure, check out our page on licenses for more information.

Production takes anywhere between 3 days to 3 weeks, it depends on the size and quantity of your products. Please check with us before purchasing large quantities so we can give you an accurate timeline for your order.

Vector files are files that are created with special image processing software like Adobe Illustrator or Coreldraw, these files allow graphics to be scaled limitlessly without loss in quality. These files are also necessary for output into laser cutting machines.

Most installations should take no longer than a day, but if it takes longer than that, we will get in touch with you and make arrangements for the installation.

You can send us an email with your logo attached and we will take a look at it and advise you from there. If it is visibly low resolution when zooming in, you can use our logo tracing service

If you have placed an order, you should receive an email with your order details on it, if it is not in your inbox, it might have ended up in the spam folder. If you have not received an email from us, no order has been processed, and no charges will be made.

For printed products, lead time is 1-3 working days, our prints are eco-solvent inkjet prints, and is better to have the ink settle into the material before we laminate to ensure the best results and durability. Signs would take typically between 7-10 working days. For higher quantities this may take longer, contact us to get a realistic leadtime for your bulk order.

For deliveries & installations at Jurong Island, please check in with us first prior to ordering, we will need specific details and information before we can commit to the required work due to the restrictions on Jurong Island.
